A lot of time when I put on eye makeup, my eyes water. I'm careful with my application, so I don't irritate them, but it doesn't seem to help. Are there any tips for keeping this from happening? Or any advice on how to stop it once it gets going?

I like to use a transulcent powder under my eyes. I use a huge make up puff for applying it. It does double duty for catching fallout and absorbing any tears.

Mine have been doing that ALL day today! It looks like I'm balling my eyes out sometimes because it gets so bad
