Once in our lifetime we have probably encountered a blemish, a pimle, blackhead etc. As a teenager is growing and maturing the hormones are racing and creating havoc inside which sadly shows up on the outside, but not only can the hormones affect our skin diet, genes and personal hygiene play a major role in the way our skin acts. Well have no fear for Im am about to share you some tips that will have you skin happy and controlled.
First you need to EXFOLIATE! This is soooo important because you need to get rid of the dead skin cells ontop so the fresh skin underneath can breathe.
All you need is brown sugar! So simple.
Mixx half a cup of brown sugar in with some water so the sugar is damp but not drenched. Scoop onto your hands and rud in small cicular motions allover your face. Rinse of with cold water.
Now you want to help you pores open up so they can be washed easier.
Boill water on a stove top until, well, boiled. Pour into a large bowl, preferably not glass and grab a towel. Create a tent with your face over the bowl and the towel over your head. Stay like that for 10-20 mins. When done wipe your face with a towel.
Time to wash!! You can use your favourite wash, try to use a deep pore wash since you trying to get all the bad stuff out in one hit. While washing rub in by using cicular movements with your fingers.
Now after you have washed your skin misturise with a facial moisturiser not body! Body moisturise in made for the large pores on your body and can block your pores creating blackheads.
If you notice your skin is creating excess oil simply mix bicard aka baking soda in two part soda one part water util it makes a paste apply to your face and leave on until dry and starts to flake off. Wash with warm water.
I follow this like a religion and the results are fabulous. If you see any improve using this formula, dont be shy to tell me!

I usually do this once a week, I can stand having my skin feel greasy. I may seem like quite a bit but its worth it!
