I wouldn't hide my freckles if I were you! They're adorable. I get them in the summer months and I don't do much to hide them. Under eye circles? I just use concealer for those. If you need brightening around your eyes, try and use one a shade or two lighter than your skin tone. I apply mine after foundation and I use Maybelline's Age Rewind Concealer. I really love it and there's a bunch of shades to choose from!
Cold compacts on your eyes in the morning can reduce puffiness and help with the under eye circles. Try to get lots of sleep, too! That has a lot to do with it.
If you REALLY want to hide your freckles, just dab some concealer on em!

I agree with Lacey. Freckles are a feature, not something to conceal. :)

try the Chanel Mat Lumiere foundation, these are known to give you that natural look and hide your freckles a bit.
