I loved Sonia Kasuks Secredt Hidden Agenda Concealer Palette at Target, three diffrent colors of concealer with diffrent tones so you can find which one hides your dark circes best :) I don't remember exactly how much it is but it was amazing!

I highly recommend BB corrector covered by your favorite concealer. I can not cover my dark circles without a corrector. I use BB Peach followed by any number of concealers, usually LM or for less expensive I love NYX.
