Heather H.
Hello all,
I dye my own hair ( I do not use out of the box ) but I am still fairly new at it. Right now the top of my hair is mostly golden and underneath is mostly dark brown. I lighten the top of my hair so that I can dye it red. But I am going to switch it up for summer. I want to dye the top all dark brown and do the bottom blonde... My question is how do I dye over my highlights without getting varying shades of brown? If I use a permanent dye will that work? I want the top and the bottom to be the same shade. What do I do?
Thanks guys xoxo
