They've all been good. My only complaint is the slow processing/shipping. I've purchased clothes and makeup. I'm currently waiting on my products from the recent theBalm sale.
My experiences are relatively good. I just don't like the slow shipping, as mentioned, and the fact that it always gets delivered through UPS, rather than USPS. No one is hardly ever home in my house so I always risk missing my packages. Such a hassle for me.
I have been signed up with them for a couple of years now and just placed my first order with them Friday. I can tell that one issue for me will be the slow shipping but I guess that's what you get when your trying to get a good deal.

Each package I've got was securely packed with the occasional extra offer/coupon and I've never had anything broken in the mail (since I tend to order mostly cosmetics from them, this is very important to me). They also have GREAT customer service. :) Once, my order was unable to be filled due to too many orders and they gave me back all of my money (like any self-respecting business should) PLUS a $5 credit.
Their shipping drives me nuts, but it's a great discount so I'm willing to wait for the products. What I find annoying is the 15min limit to pay. I was having connection issues with my phone when I placed my first order and had to keep looking up products and re-adding them to my cart to get the 4 items I wanted.
I also wish they would carry more L/XL items. Other than that I can't really complain too much.
I finally received my first order Friday for some NYX products I purchased and even though it took forever I already have placed another order for some other beauty products. I guess the slow shipping is well worth the wait.
