Hey, I want to grow my hair back out naturally. It's chemically damaged and I haven't been taking much care of it at all. For the last 2 years I've been putting glue in weave in my hair and it's been braking off. My real hair length is short. It doesn't even touch my neck. Although i want my natural hair to grow back i don't want to cut it but i still want to put a weave in. Can anyone recommend any shampoos or conditioners I can use or a different type of way I can put a weave in my hair without my hair breaking off?
Take a Vitimin E daily along with Bcomplex. Find a recpie for Sage shampoo or ask HairSalons if they have vitaminE shampoos or Sage shampoos! Sage stimulates ur scalup and E helps ur hair, nails and Skin <3
Also take " Biotin " helps promote the health of skin, hair, nails by nourishing cells throughout the body especially in hair follicles nail beds and the outer layers of the skin " Biotin is a water-soluble B vitimin that assisits protein and fat metabolism for energy use "
I used to do glue-in weaves too, but like you said, it wasn't really good for my hair. What I did was buy clip-in weaves. It works like a charm, I can keep my natural hair healthy and it takes me like 10 minutes to put in the clip-in hair. It's so simple and it's a great alternative
Use anything that is glycerine based like Morrocan/Argan oil. Works a treat and is 100% natural on your hair.
Also i second Lexi said, those vitamins are really good xx
