Obsessive Compulsive lip tars are supposed to be great! I haven't tried them, but I have a Pout Paint by sleek which is a dupe of the lip tars. LOVE IT. It stays all day, I drink water, smoke, eat. That stuff does not come off.
I personally love my Lioele (Korean brand) lip stains! You can find it on http://www.prettyandcute.com and honestly one of the best lip stains! It is almost like Benefit's Benetint but for half the price! :)
Maybelline's 10hr Gloss Tints (in the US I think it's called Gloss Stains). Copy of the YSL Glossy Stains, they are truly amazing and feel very moisturising at the same time.
Tarte Lip Stain in Joy is my favorite. It is $25.00, but it is sooo much product. I use it almost everyday and haven't made a dent in it (after 6 months of use).
It's not really a lip stain but I bought some Wet 'N Wild lipstick, blot it off a lot, then apply powder and boom. It's there all day. Sometimes I'll apply a gloss on top but that kinda makes it not a stain anymore.
I like Revlon's " Just Bitten range" huge selection in colours and its alot cheaper than some ive bought in the past its around $15-95 -- $20.95 its a little expenive too but i really like this one because i find that alot of stains drys out my lips and makes them look chapped, with this one there is a balm on the other end too!! i like to apply the balm then the stain then wait for the stain to dry and use the balm again as a top coat gloss hope this helps
The Revlon Just Bitten lip stains are pretty good, especially for a drug store option. They smell a little weird, but they last for a decent amount of time. I'm sure there are better ones out there though.

the revlon just bitten stains are great in terms of staying power, but the couple times i've used mine it makes my lips feel kinda dried out and funky. as long as you use a nice balm and/or gloss they're great though.
I've been hearing really great things about the new Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains (what a mouthful haha). But I haven't been able to find any around me so can't be sure, however every review I've seen on blogs and YouTube has been positive.
