You can get a special spray for either leather or suede that works, or you can stuff newspaper in there and over time it should get a bit more loose :) -Nikki x
I use my blow dryer on them on the outside and inside to heat the leather up then put my shoes on and wear them around the house for a while. The heat make the leather more pliable and easier to stretch.
grab some plastic sandwhich bags and fill them up halfway with water. then insert them into the 'toe' of the shoe (so it sits in the shoe like your foot would). put your shoes in the freezer overnight. take them out and let them thaw, then remove the bags. your shoes should be stretched :)
