I am crossdresser and wear make up. So yes. if folk have a problem with this I see it as their problem.

They should wear make up in a way that it doesn't make them look feminish!

No one NEEDS to wear make up. If they want to, then that's fine...

I'm not anyone to decide whether men can put make up on. Anyone can put it on and how ever much they want. But I wouldnt get with a guy who put on liner and stuff maybe just concealer and chapstick.

Hahaha, Ben, you are awesome, and what you said makes complete sense and I agree. Sadly there are so many double standards in the world. People should be able to do whatever they want as long as it doesn't affect anyone else and not be judged. People need to be more accepting and open minded.

Ben praise the lord, that statement was perfection. There are so many close minded people on this topic it makes me cringe.
This man ROCKS his make up better than most girls on this site. "there are no rules when it comes to beauty and makeup. Don't ever let anyone discourage your dreams on how to look"

Woah. Um, some of these comments are pissing me off. Just because a man wears makeup doesn't make them NOT manly. It doesn't matter if they wear it or not. It's what they want to do, so let them do it. I'm tired of society's views on men other than being a muscular and manly. Men can be men and fashionable too.! 😠✋

I'd be okay with it if it made him feel better about himself. The thing to keep in mind I think is make up is often made and applied with the intention of bringing our our pretty, feminine features. So obviously a man who wants to try it out would have to be careful not to look feminine (unless, you know, that's what he's going for). But a bit of concealer to cover up a blemish he's uncomfortable with? Yeah, sure. More power to him!

This issue is no different than a woman wanting to do things that a man does and men saying "No you can't do that. It would be weird." Which has happened before...pants? voting? Anything a woman can do a man can do and vice versa. The great thing about makeup is there isn't really any rules. Its a tool of self expression and can be used by anyone regardless of gender or orientation. A man has just as much right to wear makeup if he so chooses.

Why not? Theyre entitled to do so, some of the best make up artist are male. ( EX. Wayne Goss...he is pure genius.)
I believe that everyone has a right to do what they want to feel beautiful and confident about themselves, gender shouldn't matter.

I think it's normal nowadays. My guy friends' staples are the black eyeliners. Men from korea use bb creams as much as women do. I think it's actually a good thing because that means men are becoming more aware of taking care of their skin. Especially if a guy is very picky with his skincare. Unlike my husband who's very lazy with taking care of his skin and sometimes using my cream and toners! Lol!

As far as I am concerned, it's none of my business if a guy wears or does not wear makeup. Wherever he feels comfortable, I think we should respect that without making some prejudice about someone whom we hardly even know. 😉👍

I am not condemning men for wearing makeup, but I am a very conservative person and I believe in so-called "traditional gender roles". If my fiancé showed an interest in wearing makeup (outside of Halloween) I would be very concerned. I have nothing against men who decide to try feminine pursuits, but I would never marry one and start a family. I do not impose my beliefs on others and I would like if nobody imposed theirs on me. I have been called a bigot (even though I am an avid supporter of gay rights), a woman-hater, "backwards", and brainwashed--by the same folks who cry out against judging people you don't agree with. All in all, I would say it isn't something I would be comfortable with in a relationship, but whatever floats your boat.

I think they should, if they can work it (guy-liner) or if they have like a birthmark or something theyd wanna cover up with concealer or foundation, do it!
