I worked there with no prior makeup retail experience. Just go in with your makeup perfectly done & be yourself. They train you on different brands once youre hired. Good luck!

Oh man I would sooo love to work at Sephora too!! I heard that they actually like you to not have much prior experience so they can train you the way they like, so that's awesome :) Good luck, I hope you get the job!!!!

From what I've heard, Sephora cares more for sales ability than makeup ability. But since you have makeup ability too, you should work there and work it girrrrl. :)

Most counters now a days care more about sales instead of makeup ability. Notice how I said most not all. At least where I live, it's like that. Any who I agree with Toshira!

ok awesome:) i have restaurant experience but I'm used to having to correspond with people and I'm pretty good at that plus i know my makeup brands :P
