Over-the-knee Socks?

It's a look I've had a love/hate relationship with for as long as I remember! Sometimes I think it looks great and edgy, other times I think it looks plain slutty. Like, I hate suspender tights and all that stuff. I am trying to look smart and well put together nowadays, and due to my white blonde hair and ten tonnes of makeup it can be very easy for me to look a bit on the "easy" side, so I don't know if I can get away with it.

What do you guys think of the look in general? Hot or not?

I think that as long its paired with the right outfit, hair and makeup, it looks fine. Its not something I would wear personally, but some people can pull it off :)
