I used to have that problem until I switched to mac fluidliner in dipdown. it goes on as a gel but once it dries it doesn't go anywhere! ill swim, sleep, and sweat and as long as I don't rub them they stay fab!

I was having the same problem. I bought elfs lock and seal and after my brows are done I take a flat side concealer brush and pat the lock and seal on the brows and since then they have been holding up! It's 3$ a target or online works great.

Primer set with powder and brow gel then setting spray , anastasia has a waterproof brow kit as well.

Eyeshadow primer before you fill them in & set them with a clear mascara gel. I use the ELF one.

My mom taught me an old trick she uses: spay a little hairspray on them and comb through! Keeps the pigment and the hairs in place :)

I use the retractable brow pencil from Mac and it has really good staying power! Then I go over them with brow gel by elf.
