All my life I have had stubby, short fingernails because I used to bite my nails a ton. Now that I'm older I want to do more designs and fun stuff besides basic polish. I have tried wearing fake nails, but I just pop them off because they're so hard to work with. I just want to grow my own nails long ( at least above my fingers) and healthy. If you have any tips or tricks PLEASE leave them below.

I have EXACTLY the same problem-well, I used to. I bought the Gelish system on Amazon. Basically you go through about 4 steps to apply the gel curing under a small UV light a couple times. I have never had such long, strong nails in my life! Youtube has videos to watch so you can see what I'm talking about. I can have long nails now and they're so pretty! Watch the videos to see if it's something you could do. BTW... Does not damage your nails like the ones in the nail salon.
