Because your double eyelids are lower you need either a gel or liquid liner so it will completely dry and not smear. as for eye lashes because they aren't completely full or long you should get a volumous mascara.. depending on where you can buy, drugstore brands, mabeline liquid liner and rimmel London plumping mascara are good or if its like sephora, urband decay 24/7 liquid liner and any plumping mascara would definitely look best!
