Do they reduce under eye circles, eliminate acne, or just moisturize? Sorry; I'm just a little lost.

It depends which night cream you are using. There are night creams for aging, dark spots, to help brighten skin tone, ect. It just depends which one you choose to use. The Philosophy Hope in a Jar Night is great though.

I use the the body shop tea tree night lotion. it reduces pimples and makes the skin clear...works pretty slow for me.
