Sry to bother... I have been struggling trying to grow out my nails!! Every time they get long, they get paper thin and just break!! Does anybody have any tips for me?!?!?

Eat a lot of citrus fruit.when aplying nailpolish,allways leave some space for your nail to breathe at the cuticles.I don't know many tips,but thise are my nails after two weeks of growing.I never had problems at growing nails,I would just let them grow.

Use either undercoat or topcoat as undercoat,and to make them more white and normal collored,you can rub some lemon on each week.it also help with treating cuticles.
