I have tiny pimples on my cheeks that are stubborn and don't seem to want to go away. They aren't irritating but nothing really seems to clear them up for good, not even my Clarisonic, which has done wonders for my forehead and chin. It's just this area that I can't seem to get cleared up. I have a spot treatment from Neutrogena and it works okay but doesn't really clear it up. I'm trying to get to a point where I only need spot treatment for just that, spots, not large areas of my face. I never really used to have acne on my cheeks, it was always my forehead and chin so I'm at a loss as to where these are coming from and how to get rid of them.

They say acne on cheeks has to do with your diet. I had the same problem and so I cut back on my sugar intake and they went away! Good luck! :)

Wash your pillowcases very often.

I've just started cutting out sugar so hopefully that will help. I also have heard about the pillowcases, which I always forget to do. I'm going to have to remind myself to do that whenever I do laundry.
Thank you guys!
