Ultrabland is their deep cleanser so I'm thinking it would be better for you. Haven't tried their toners so can't help you there.

From what I've been told on Angels on bare skin it's extremely gentle (almost too gentle) according to a guy I know. He's got really sensitive skin, but doesn't feel angels on bare skin gives him the clean feeling.
