To scrub your face use a mixer of 2 large spoon of yogurt with 1 small spoon of Cornstarch and 1 large spoon of honey also 5 drops of lemon mix it together and apply it all over your face
Leave it till it's dry and than peel it.. For your body you can mix salt with olive oil and lemon it's so great will make your skin so soft :)

There is also some pretty reasonable home micro derm abrasion kits available. I have a diamond head(less abrasive, smoother finish) machine that ran about $160. Its a lot at once but I figured I was spending 5 times more a year in products. Well worth it. Just don't over do it and follow all instructions and you will love your skin. Pairing the MDA with a nice collagen mask... Its unbelievable, really.

Philosophy carries some good at home peels that work good, I have tried most of them but really like the at home microdermabrasion one. or search Amazon for peels, there are some good ones that are very reasonably priced and very potent. I would go with a Glycolic and Lactic acid mix. very good for exfoliation and hyper-pigmentation.
