My hair was just like yours and I had to repair it. First don't apply any heat, you should use a strengthening or split end shampoo and conditioner ( I recommend Tresemme or garnier fructis) use something that'll work in the roots of your hair like argan oil or Moroccan oil and lastly use a leave in conditioner that'll repair your hair. Use coconut oil. at least twice a week let it sit in your hair for atleast 1/2 hour. try to stretch the days between washing and try to heat style as little as possible. get all the split ends off. after your first coconut treatment you will notice an immediate difference. and then with 3 weeks you should see a major difference. take biotin supplement as well.

First you will need a good trim. If you don't trim it, it will only get worse and your split ends will end up breaking off. I would then continue to get your regular trims. If you are growing your hair out I recommend trimming every 6-8 weeks. I would try to stay away from too much heat. Use a good moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. Moroccan oil is good for your hair. It helps with frizz and gives your hair shine. Only use a little and only apply to the mid shaft and ends of your hair. Also try not to shampoo your hair everyday. That can also make it dry. Honestly the best thing for your hair is to cut all the split ends off and maintain it by what I said above.

For repair, use essential oil conditioning treatments like pro naturals moroccan argan oil hair mask once a week and get regular trims to prevent split or damaged ends. Try not to use heat or dyes on your hair.
You can also massage your scalp once a week with coconut oil, almond oil or argan oil to help stimulate health and growth, and leave in the oil for about 30-50 minutes to let it sink in and work. This kind of thing is very repairing, I recommend it!
