My nails are in really bad condition because I bite them so I thought I would get acrylic nails done at the nail shop hoping my natural nails would just grow underneath but when they came off my nails were all squishy and stuff so it ruined them even more, any tips on how to make my nails better because I want to paint them all pretty for summer!

Look at the Sally Hansen nail protector products I.e grow, harden...etc. also try getting a little set for nail care like sanding block, regularly filing and shaping your nails, pushing back your cuticles...

Don't, bite or put anything on your nails except from nail varnish (acrylics, shellac..)

Get no more nibbles, it's a special nail polish its clear and when you bite your nails you get a horrid taste I used it its amazing.
