Is it true that when you take zink with lots of water your acne will start to go away??

I don't think that's true you shed try an acne fighting system a lot of people would say proactive but I have it and its not so great and the process is too long try asepzia its a soap that is supposed to clear your acne really fast or in the meanwhile try Neutrogena skin clearing foundation :)

I took vitamin d3 and that helped tons… no idea why though.

Zinc mainly aids your immune system so no I do think it would make the acne go away but once you get rid it may help to prevent it coming back =]
