I have very dry skin myself! If you are looking for a product not too pricey try sebamed moisturizing face cream. It works well bc it is formulated with a healthy ph for skin which can turn your dry skin to "normal"! Also try aquaphor. As well Vichy's nutrilogie 2 is AWESOME!

Coconut oil at night.. Also make sure you are exfoliating. That helped me a lot with my dry patches. I actually switched from an exfoliating face cream to an exfoliating glove that I use gently on my face. It really has helped :)

Try adding a lil honey in you skin scrub, over time.your skin will feel more hydrated.
Or you can also try adding a lil evoo to your moisturizer.

Also, the thing that works best for me is to remember to apply moisturizer to face immediately after you shower or wash your skin to lock in the moisture. And as a final note, I highly recommend a good serum to apply before. It has dramatically helped with me

Try a heavy duty product such as sudacrem, sort of as a mask and only on the try patches. Do not do it more than once a week or it will clog your pores
