A trim will do you wonders even if its only half an inch also argan Moroccan oil is gods gift to hair especially when it's damaged and now more than ever it's so easy to get products that contain it also try your best to avoid using heat on your hair for a couple weeks.

I wouldn't over wash either. Your hair needs it's own natural oils n definitely use a sulfate free shampoo

I also recommend sulfate-free shampoo, and silicone-free conditioner. Silicones will cause build-up on your hair unless you wash with a sulfate shampoo, but sulfate shampoos are harsh and strip too much of your hair's natural moisture so it's best to just go sulfate-free and silicone-free altogether.

The best hair tip in the world, regardless of what type of hair you have, is after shampooing, blot all excess water out of hair with a hand towel. Then apply conditioner and put hair into a hair cap. Wash body and face, then rinse conditioner. You WILL notice a difference. This allows conditioner to fully penetrate the hair shaft.

Shampoo as little as possible and try to use a gentle shampoo (I like Paul Mitchell's) & the Moroccan oil or even coconut oil will really help but really soak your hair in it and leave it on for at least 30 min. The trim will be your best bet.

Keep your hair trimmed...spend the extra on salon products FROM THE SALON:) not knock offs from diverters who likely messed with the product..and healthy diet and vitamins:)
