I struggle with the same issue! The black circles under my eyes get 10x worse when I don't get enough sleep, so try to get more rest. And of course , a good concealer is helpful. I like the NARS concealer stick.

Make your under eye concealer in a triangle, both corners if your eyes down to the tip of your nose. works so much better than a half circle.

Your dark circles are broken eye vessels. Freeze a spoon overnight and in the morning put it on your dark circles. Do it daily.
