Try not to touch it! Before going to bed wash you face and put on some antiseptic cream, like sudocrem or even tooth paste, then wash your face again in the morning. You have another week so don't worry! And if the swelling gets really bad, maybe try putting on some ice..:)

Mix aspirin & water and use it as a mask for 15min & then put a dab on the pimple & go to sleep should be dry in the morning.

That Laken said have helped me make mine smaller! But they don't go away right away and it works best when you just start to get one. So it might be worth a Try. What I did was crush Advil and put a little bit of water in a cup then mixed it until it was a paste.
