Try the st. ives apricot scrub. its made for your face but its a bit harsh so its perfect for your back.

You can try exfoliating your back regularly with sea salt...You can also use a 10 percent hydrogen peroxide cream to cure the acne...If you want something milder use a cleanser like cetaphil...Once they clear regular application of bio oil will fade the scars...Also tea tree oil will help reduce the skin's bacteria and scarring...Hope this helps...gud luck :)

Seabuckthorn oil will literally get rid of any scar tissue on the top surface making it look almost invisible to the naked eye.
