How do I get rid of hormonal acne?

I always get hormonal acne btwn my eyebrow and want to get rid of it. Any tips?

Sleep with lemon juice on the acne and wash off when you wake up, it helped me.

I get more breakouts from pills though :( naturally it goes away but then comes back😁

I had a horrible breakout this month and nothing got rid if it. it was extremely painful and red, the only thing that helped sooth it and take away the redness was a honey and lemon juice mask. It'll go away in it's own time.

Coming off the pill has made my skin break out real bad. Been three months and I'm still getting whiteheads and painful red lumps on my chin and forehead.
