It's not too wet or runny and I don't get clumps. :) Sometimes I use it with another mascara to make my lashes even better

^^^its so hard to wash off! You'll want a makeup remover for it not just water. But other than that I think it builds quite nicely, with minimal clumps. Give it a try!
