I like Makeup Forever's HD setting powder. It's translucent and goes a long way. I got the travel size for $16 in December and I'm just now getting low on it. I like Too Face's Candlelight powder too. I used it as a setting powder, though some might use it only as a highlight. It just adds a nice subtle glow all over in my opinion. (I'm pretty fair so it may only look that way on my skin, so I'd try it in-store before buying just to make sure you like it) It has a little shimmer but not huge chunks of glitter. And I still haven't tried it (I was going to get it the day I got my MUFE powder actually, but they were out) but Urban Decay has a de-slick powder that sets makeup and keeps away oil and shine at the same time. It's a grey/purple color but goes on translucent, I believe. I've been wanting to try it for a long time and each time it seems like they're out of it so I would think that's an indication it's a good product.
