No I used it for a large scar after a wound to my fave. If you use a small amount just on the scars it heals the scar and causes no breakouts.

You should try the acne spot treatment gel by Murad. You can get it in sephora and if your a little edgy about it ask for a sample,so you can try it and see if you have a reaction...I hope this help :)
