Best foundation for photos under $40.

My prom is coming up soon and my skin has been super dry and my foundation makes it look even worse in photos. I have dry combination skin that's a very light tan with redness and discoloration. And I have a small budget. Help?

If you have dry skin and minor discoloration I would go with loreal true match lumi. it photographs beautifully & feels light on the face.

I definitely like the Revlon Naked foundation. I used it for prom and it was amazing! I love the Benefit porefessional primer(pricey but lasts you for a while!!) but if you want to stick cheap, I really like the Revlon primer or even the maybelline age-defying one!

The foundation is Cover girls 3 in 1. Its a primer concealer and foundation. Its AHHHHMAZIN'. Its a powdered finish. Your face doesn't even look oily it dries like a powder. Its the best thing ever I'm so happy I found it!! Good luck my dear.
