I realllly like the overall look, but for the smaller three pictures on the right- personally, I think you should zoom in more on the eyes so you can actually see the details more& then the overall finished look, if that makes sense? However I think you have good lighting and she has great features for a model (perfect defined jaw line, high cheekbones, full lips- great for showing off bright colored lipsticks or new fads, like gradient/ombre lip color, and great big eyes- which make a great canvas for blending colors in the crease and up because of the space you have to work with- and her defined brows- I'm not sure if you filled them in or not, but I love them &full brows are very trendy right now). Also, I would suggest you describing what products you used/steps you took (&you can do this in picture form of each step, or just writting down what you did captioning the photo and putting a, b, c, etc.by each box, if that makes sense?) - because people love to know what you used and how you got there, the tutorial type pictures, something like this are very popular right now: http://www.beautylish.com/f/jcscqi/naked-basics-palette?ref=modal OR http://www.beautylish.com/f/jwnmai/how-to-pinky-red-smoky-eyes?ref=related - even though this is supposed to be about overall our opinions on the makeup you did- I just wanted to throw that in there :) I really think you did a great job though, it's a very versatile look you can wear during the day and darken to go out at night. The only thing I would add would be more of a contour (I can't really tell if you did contour a little bit or not), but I love contouring and think it's so flattering for everyone, as well as again, very trendy right now. Plus to me it adds warmth and definition to the face, as well as it can slim/hollow out the person's cheek bones, nose, and jawline- giving the illusion of a smaller nose, a defined jaw- no double chin!, and higher cheekbones than what they really have. I think it also helps people to keep them from not looking sick when they just use foundation &powder, sometimes girls can look too pale or gaunt, esp if they're a very light skin tone. So contouring a little, adding a little bronzer to define the cheekbones and swipe a little blush on the apples of your cheeks and back to your hairline, with a very light shimmer of a highlight right on the very tops of the cheekbones under the eyes and back to the hairline, can seriously make such a huge difference in someones makeup, and make them look like their whole face is just glowing! I also really like the coral-y nude color used on her lips! You did a great job for your first time of applying makeup on someone else though!! xoxo
