So, I have these issues whenever I use eye make-up. If I put on my eyeliner (set with shadow) and mascara, I'll have smudging under my eyes by the end of the day.
I've used kohl, liquid, gel, waterproof, smudge-proof liners before and they all smudge/run. I assume I have pretty greasy/oily lids, but I've started using the Revlon eye primer and sometimes just a MAC concealer as primer. Is there still something I'm doing wrong?
Then when I go to remove my make-up, I'm sitting there tearing my eyes out. It feels like I'm giving myself premature wrinkles. The mascara doesn't budge off my eyes, and any eyeliner near/on my water line doesn't want to completely wash off.
I'm using Shiseido Eye & Lip Remover, I've tried make-up removal wipes, vaseline and warm water...but I still feel like I'm shredding my eyes. It only all comes off after I shower and rub my eyes on a towel...
Is that normal? or is there something I'm missing?
Sorry to the long winded life story! XD
I'd really like to wear eyeliner and mascara more often, but I don't think my eyelids can handle the constant tugging!

I have the same issues that's why I only wear mascara occasionally.. I hate washing it off, it never completely comes off! Lol.. What I've heard and haven't tried is olive oil or coconut oil to remove it but I have tried baby oil in the past and remember it working.. I haven't bought that lately so I just use my loreal eye make up remover

Also my eyes tear after I wash off my eye make up I guess it's from it not completely coming off lol.

I have hooded lids so when I do my eyeliner it's just tight lining the upper lash line. Or I do a really smudged eyeliner look. With the mascara on the bottom lash I just use waterproof ones.
I take it all off with neutrogena eye make up remover. It's oil based so it takes off everything.

Don't rub it. Never ever. I do what Lisa Eldridge does. Look her up on YouTube.
