Looking at your pictures, you wouldn't even know! You're beautiful girl! :)
Have you ever tried Neutrogena Transparent Face Bar? I like the fragrance free one, maybe you could try it just on your chin and lip area. :)

No problem! :)
And yes, I know what you mean. I have pretty bad skin myself. I've been trying to clear it up with the Neutrogena face bar, sugar scrub, avocado&oatmeal mask, and the good 'ole coconut oil.

I know witch hazel is meant to be really good but it never really did anything for me, because I get really annoying black heads and witch hazel didnt help, I use freederm which hasnt completely got rid of all of them but it has reduced the size of them and I don't really have to stress about them anymore.

I now use baking soda and that's a great different for me and my blackheads! I have a lot of blackheads, oil and pimpels. I chanced my foundation into garnier bb cream oily skin and that worked for me. I also got aloe vera day and night cream. It's a waterbased one also as my bv cream. WATERBASED products really helped for me! But Ofcourse I'm still unhappy because it takes time,... I now ordered african black soap. Hope it will help.. I know the feeling of don't wanna go out without make up.. I hate it :( I also use a Clay mask. I thing I noticed is that most products seem to work but after a while it stops...

@Em, I don't think it's good to use glue. I tried it, and it didn't do anything. The next day I had a while bunch of little white bumps all around my nose. :/ Glue isn't meant for your face hahah.

Give Origins black charcoal mask a try. It's deep cleaning and the clay draws out impurities. Also I say definitely give the witch hazel toner a go. Use it after cleansing every evening for at least a month.

DDF has excellent products. stop using drug store products and upgrade your line of skin care. the good stuff with medicine in it works. salasilic acid. (I'm worst speller ever)

You don't want to overly dry out your skin. the dryer the more oil produced. and using different exfoliatants will just tear your skin.

You've already spent so much on skincare :( I've been battling acne for years too. I think you should go to the doctor, they gave me cream and antibiotics.

I had acne like that several years ago. Drugstore stuff did nothing so I started seeing a dermatologist. Well prescription medication (everything, creams, antibiotics, etc) didn't work either. I took the prescription drug Accutane and now I have nearly perfect skin. I would definitely see a dermatologist and see what your options are. If you have moderate acne, over the counter treatments aren't going to work. They work fine for people with occasional breakouts and mild acne, but not moderate or severe. I have heard also about laser treatment for acne treatment and I would look into that as well. I did find that Proactive helps me as well and it's not drying. You are gorgeous and it is probably more noticeable to you then others. You so have fair skin like me so try not to pick it too much as it will scar (another reason I would recommend being as aggressive getting rid of it as you can bc the you are dealing with scarring on top of acne).

Honestly you should just go to a derm. I tried to get rid of the blackheads on my nose for over a year, spent a ton of money on drugstore and high end products- nothing worked. I ended up getting a prescription for retin-a and it cleared them up. The derm told me that you should only self-treat for 3 months as that is how long it takes to see true results from most products. Sounds like you've tried a bunch of stuff so I would just give yourself a break and get to the derm.

Sometimes trying too many products and experimenting can only make it worse...Certainly do not use glue or things like that...Blackheads are caused by oxidised oil on the skin not dirt so overcleaning might cause more irritation...Agree with Mairead salicylic acid cleansers do help so you can try gently applying it into the affected area n washing out after a minute or 2...Murad, Philosophy, Nuetrogena and Clinique have good salicyclic cleansers...African Black Soap can be a little abrasive on sensitive skin so be a bit careful and extracting tools might cause scarring since your soo pale...but the best advice I would say like Kelsey is to see a derm dear!! it might change everything...Differin a prescription of topical retinoid is known to cure blackheads completely...gud luck!!

Looking at the picture you should see a dermatologist because that looks like it's caused from the inside meaning its not your common acne from daily debris oily skin your dermatologist can get you a pill or creme
