No. especially if you have dry skin. when your skin is dry it looks flaky. and that's how a lot of women get that "cake face" look.. it's not a pretty sight at all.

Never. You should always have a moisturizer face in my opinion. I have worn foundation without anything but moisturizer applied, though.

No unless its a tinted moisturizer type of "foundation" otherwise no never use it without moisturizer, whether it be oil free or not always use it according to your skin type..

Primer is not a must... It's just used to prep your face for makeup products and to make sure your foundation lasts longer and for you to look brighter. But never apply foundation, without toning your skin and moisturizing it...

I used to back when I was young n dumb n didn't know much of anything about makeup and it almost always completely disappeared after about an hour like it was absorbed by my skin and it always made me have crazy breakouts the next day - so I used to only wear it on special occasions but @amber am there are cheap primers out there that work just as well as more expensive brands try sephora brand or nyx they have high end performance for lower end prices.
