Does head and shoulders really fade and take out permanent hair color? if so, how will I have to use it? like how long will I need to leave it in? I can't really explain my question. hope I make sense :)

Yes it does. Just use it like you usually use shampoo. Mines faded a lot after one bottle :-)

Try Paul Mitchell's tea tree oil shampoo. It is excellent and won't fade your locks.
