Yes it does work cassie I've tried it for like 3months then I just didnt use it because left my hair rough

Take prenatal vitamins. you can get at drug store.

I've been using mine for about 2 weeks and I've noticed some small changes so far, its worth a try in my opinion. as for side effects, everyones situation is different and we all react differently to things or are on different medications. So, I guess I'd reccomend asking a doctor before using it if you are already using a lot of prescription medication just to be super safe (I don't know at all if these two things are related and I may sound like an idiot- but whatever) but personally I didn't ask a Dr before starting it, and havent had problems. I'm enjoying the experiment :-) good luck doll!!
