Haven't found my HG for oily skin yet but try a moisturizer that's light - most oily skins are just dehydrated and therefore overproduce oil to compensate. I find if I use gentle skincare products that don't target oily skin (ie Cetaphil) it helps a lot.

I use a strong skin tonic every morning and night, and only apply moisturizer on parts of my face that's not a part of the T zone. Hope it helps!
Also, try not to use too much make up. It makes the chances for bacteria getting away from your skin bigger :)

Try using a setting/matte powder over the parts that get shiny -- revlon may be too heavy? I keep repurchasing it but I find it do heavy
