NO. I used to go there when I was younger & it was no big deal bc it was just trims lol. But the past 3 time I've been I Hayes the experience. They were messy with hair color and completely messed up cutting my extensions. I'm not impressed. This happens at two different locations. No offense to anyone who works or likes Hair Cuttery lol, I just don't.

I go to hair cuttery and I love it :) people are really nice there but I only get cuts there no extensions or colorings so I do not know how well they do with that. btw I live by Chicago, Illinois. I guess I would recommend it if you want a simple styling and nothing extra just because that's all I have had done there.

It used to be a girl named Amber but she got pregnant and never came back :/ I tried to stick with other stylists but they either left as well or wasn't a right fit though they did a good job. so now I just go to whoever is available at the time. they all do well on my hair because it is a simple style.
