I think you should try bold eye brows and you have very pretty eyes work around them a lot to bring them out but don't go over board.

Fill in your brows. if your new at it just follow the natural brow. I use eyeliner to line them and then fill them in with eyeshadow and blend with a spooly. and look throught the pics on here of eyeshadow looks and pick one you like and give it a shot. since you have purple hair I would like to see a lilac shade of lipstick or a nice red :))
