You're probably just feeling self conscious now that the time to wear it is near. Just think about how you felt when you got it- confident, and confident that you liked it. It really doesn't stick out that much at all, and if it did- so what? All eyes on you in your rad dress! Jewelry wise I would do some silver/golds- all silver or gold or a little mix. Maybe a cute headband or bun. I don't know about shoes- maybe flats?
