So, tonight I'm going to a concert and I'm looking for some tough makeup that stays put BUT still isn't harsh. I know a lot of waterproof mascara that literally kills your lashes. Suggestions..?

Maybe use a primer and a setting spray?

Agree with Lily B. just use your regular makeup but use a primer and apply a setting spray that should hold it.

Or you could use a setting powder, elf high definition powder is really good. I use it over my foundation and face powder.

As for waterproof mascara, you shouldn't have a problem getting it off with baby oil. It'll just slide right off and leave your lashes soft (and intact).
