I finally got my dream job!

Hello beauties :)

Recently I scored a job at a new local Merle Norman shop in my area! The business location where I work is family owned and I was the first person to be hired outside of the fam :) I am so so happy and excited about this job but it is the first time I am working in retail. Are there any OF you who work as a beauty consultant and have any advice and tips to help me be the best I can? I wouldn't consider myself shy but I'm not extremely outgoing either... I have trouble finding things to say to my clients and when answering the phone and such :/

Ps for those who don't know., Merle Norman is an American line of makeup which has been around for 80 years. They have outstanding products :)
