Do clip on extensions damage your hair?? Or affect your natural hair in anyway?

Yeah I used to put clip in extensions almost every day and my hair was really damaged I had tiny hair all over my head my hair was broken off byt I'm not sure if it's because I used it everyday or clip in extensions are just damaging :(

I got myn on clips now and hasn't effected my hair at all. I just don't wear my constantly and I don't sleep with them clipped in. I love myn wouldn't wear my hair down without them now :) x

I get the microbeads. Haven't had any noticeable damage yet but haven't been getting them for that long.

Not clip on unless you sleep with them. I have extension myself. I either do clip or braided/sew and I have no damaged.
