When buying makeup remover make sure it has oil to ensure that it'll easily remove your eye makeup even if it's waterproof.

Don't put these oils on your eyes. It's very bad for them and can build up in your eye and cause infection. Stick to makeup remover. I recommend Pond's makeup removing wipes.

Why makeup remover I meant.. I never use makeup wipes for waterproof mascara I need an makeup oil, use that on a pad and hold it there for a few seconds.

Agree with Mei L., I usually do that and it works so far. if its waterproof mascara usually I will just leave and press gently the cotton on my eyes and wait for 10s or so. sometimes I use vaseline too, same way.

I use coconut oil to remove tough mascara. just rub it on and then wet a cotton pad with water and wipe. works a treat and is gentle and good for skin.

I've tried many different eye make-up removers and (in my opinion) none work as good as Cover girl! Comes in a small white bottle... about $3-4 at Wal-Mart ;)

The best makeup remover I've come across is MAC Gently Off. It's specifically for eyes and lips. Works fantastically and is great for sensitive skin!

I always use vaseline to remove mascara. I have used ever makeup remover I fee like and this is what works best for me. It has never bugged my eyes when I use it.

I use ponds cold cream cleanser and really rub that all over my face to break up any dirt and makeup then gently over my eyelashes in circular motions. then I remove it with a baby wipe its a cheap and great way to remove even waterproof makeup I love it!
