Can anyone explain (or if you're awesome, make a tutorial) on how to achieve this look? My hair is long enough, but I'm so lost. The more I look at it the more confused I get. The best I can come up with is that it's a reverse french braid in 4 sections (two on top and two below) that connect in the cross. But even if that's right which I'm not even sure it is, I'm still lost on how to do it and how to make it cross. Help please? :) Thank you!

It looks like two reverse French braids that cross over eachother.

All you have to do is a diagonal french braid then overlap the other braid on top of it...simple as 123 :)

Looks like a normal French braid that's been over-lappet, and then the little sections have been pulled out slightly:)

Separate the hair into 4 sections. braid one section back then when you run out of hair to pick up braid for a few more inches and cross over to the adjacent quadrant and begin braiding again.
braid it with a 'soft' hand, so keep it loose and then when both sides are done pull on the loops of the braid to give it that extra oomph.
itll take some practice to get it right but its a lot easier than you think it is. and it definitely is a top braid.

Looks like its been split up into 4 sections and one goes over the other diagonally then the plaited bits are just pulled slightly.

It's a fish tail braid. Wiki how has a tutorial. How to cross the braids would be very difficult I think :)

Oh now I see. Not so difficult. One is braided attached to the head and the other stops crosses and than goes on attached to the head. You can do this! Easily.

Braid It In A Regular French Braid The Same Form As In The Picture. Then , Once Braided Pull| Stretch The Braided Hair Flaps &' Then Just Apply Hairspray To Make It Stay.
