You can mix cinnamon with your conditioner to create a paste for your hair, or freshly brewed chamomile tea is a natural non damaging way to lighten your hair, you just add the tea to your conditioner just as you would for the cinnamon.(:

This isn't really natural but I had bright red hair and I accidentally used my moms john freida shampoo for blondes and it lightened it drastically hope this helped.
