So I just started pursing makeup artisty again I do have a lot of stuff ( for myself that is) and since my best friend is close to my skintone And has a nice camera I decided to use her as model for my profit olio because it works out in so many ways. She was my first legit client ever and I put the pictures up on instagram and now I have 4 people wanting to book me for appt. I'm not sure what to do because yes I have a lot of stuff but a lot of it works for skin tones close to me and her. The one thing I really don't have are a variety of is eyeshadows. After I proved to myself that I can do this, I decided I was going to take my time to build my kit and get quality brands.
but I can't do that in the next couple of weeks LOL or I'll go bank rupt!
I was just wondering if anyone could give me some tips on what to buy or do so I'm not spending my whole paycheck on products.

Try http://www.bhcosmetics.com they have great eyeshadows and palettes and they arnt super expensive they also have a lot of sales
http://www.coastalscents.com/ is another one and try and get some stuff from NYX they have great stuff :] you can always build and buy once time goes on I hope that helped

Yes, I was going to suggest bh cosmetics or coastal scents as well. They have blush palettes, concealer palettes, lip palettes, and of course tons of eyeshadow palettes. Very affordable but pretty good quality!
